Heim joint rear lower control arms are not new - But we believe we can offer you a new and superior alternative.

* 6061 T-6 (Aircraft grade) Aluminum. Much stronger than inferior steel.

* Solid, one piece construction for the arms.  Stronger than tubular.  No welds to stress.

* Heavy duty heim joints with lock nuts and special side seals included*

* Weighs less than 2.5 lbs per side!! (Crude steel types are 10 lbs! - stock are 7 lbs)

* Specially machined "1" wrench flat" for precise and easy adjustment

* Excellent finish as-is or ready for polishing

Closeup of the ends and a good look at the quality of the machining. One end is RH thread and other end is LH thread. Note special self locking nut and wrench flat for ease of adjustment.

*Each set comes complete with special side seals - These expensive seals are included with each pair of arms that you buy! another unique feature that will extend the life of the heim joints.

IMPORTANT!! These are designed for racing (or other off road use) use ONLY!

The stock control arms have a rubber bushing in each end. This is to absorb shock and prevent stress to the various attaching components. Heim joints have NO shock absorbing characteristics! If you use them in a "street' car on the street you run the risk of eventual damage (cracking) to the differential case and associated brackets!
